Tiferet opened its doors in September 2005 and pioneered the concept of a post high school program that is in an Israeli community. Now just seven years later, we are well established, with many wonderful students from the USA, Canada and Great Britain.
The City of Bet Shemesh has been very supportive of Tiferet and has awarded us a prominent site on which we have constructed a new 4-story school and housing campus. We believe that it is the most attractive post high school building in Israel, offering a very modern, safe and inviting environment for our students and faculty.
Construction of the first-phase of our new campus was completed in September 2009, in time for the opening of the new school year. The new building is centrally heated and air-conditioned with lots of custom designed interior and exterior student gathering areas, 5 apartments, each with a kitchen and lounge area, a beautiful beit midrash and library, a dining room and serving pantry, classrooms, computer room and a bright and inviting reception lobby. The building meets all of the newest fire and life safety codes.
