Tiferet’s warmth isn’t just from the top down but from the bottom up. A Tiferet student is looking for a warm environment and to make close relationships, so it goes without saying that the students themselves are friendly, positive and fun. Every visitor comments on the friendliness of the Tiferet students and how happy the look. Tiferet looks for students who have excellent Midot and for whom Derech Eretz is a priority. Tiferet students love doing Chesed and are happy to volunteer to help someone in need. Tiferet students are motivated to make the most of their year. They want to learn as much as they can and take advantage of any opportunity to grow and deepen their knowledge, skills and connection to Hashem. Tiferet students are serious students and rule followers. They are actively choosing to not be in the social scene on Ben Yehuda every night and that is a true testament of their seriousness and motivation.
